Z - Zombie
1/2 oz Bacardi 151 rum
1 oz pineapple juice
1 oz orange juice
1/2 oz apricot brandy
1 tsp sugar
2 oz light rum
1 oz dark rum
1 oz lime juice
Blend all ingredients with ice except rum. Pour into a collins glass. Float rum on top. Garnish with a fruit slice, sprig of mint and a cherry.

A-Absinthe Daze
1 1/2 oz absinthe liqueur
6 - 8 oz pink lemonade
Just pour yourself 1.5 oz of Absinthe and mix in 6-8oz of Pink Lemonade.
Stir up well and add some ice cubes..
Add some grenadine syrup if you need it sweeter, or even some simple syrup.
Makes a good valentines day drink..
