The number starts at 100, each woman gets to add 1 point and each man gets to subtract 3 points (since there are fewer guys). If the number gets to 0, then the men win. If the number gets to 200 then women win.
*Note* If you aren't a man or woman you can help whichever side you want (I'm not trying to be mean, its just easier with two)
