Do you celebrate for ones that have already passed? for example maybe go to their grave and leave flowers or do a balloon release in their memory?

I do!! This must be around that time you lost someone special to you? Sorry for being nosy--just concerned.

I celebrate their life in ways I would want them to celebrate mine. Go to a special place and write them a letter--read it aloud to them and listen for their answer. When you feel the change inside your heart--you know they heard it and are telling you they love you back.

I also 'talk' to them when going through a rough time. They may not answer then--but it clears my mind just knowing and figuring out what they would do in my situation. I leave flowers on the graves or other item that meant something. (My best friend gets a piece of my banana bread-she always told me it was to die for.)

I lost my daughter in 2003. She was born 14 weeks early, weighed 1 pound 12 oz and was 13 inches long. She passed away at 2 days old..Miss Faith Rae. I also lost my grandma in 2008 at 61 years old. She lost her battle to cancer (she had cancer 5 times!). She raised me and was the most important person in my life. I'm just going through a rough time in my life right now. On their birthdays we take flowers and balloons. On October 15 which is pregnancy and infant loss awareness day and also my grandmas birthday we do a balloon release. we write special nots on teh balloons for them. My daughter who is now almost 8 who was three when my grandma passed away also has a very hard time with it. My grandma and my daughter were inseperable.
