Ok, we have the categories, the limitations, it starts tomorrow, submissions will be emailed to me... what else is there? I think that might be it for the halloween contest.
How do we submit - by message or email? (I've never done contests here before.)

How do we want to go about identifying, if at all. I think there should have to be a card that does a callout to EdenFantasys at the very least to avoid a cope and paste from an internet search (not that anyone would, but just in case)

Oh. that's right! An index card with " EF" on it or something?

I'd totally pimp a card with EF on it or something.

I do not want to over complicate things. I would prefer to use the honor system.

How about we suggest that you did this, but not make it a requirement to enter?

Most costume pictures you'll be able to tell, I would think.

I keep talking myself in and out of this idea. I am undecided

Well, unless someone has a really compelling reason to make this required, I would say optional.

I think it would really only be necessary for the toy costumes. You should be able to tell pretty easily if somebody took a costume from the internet I would think, so I wouldn't be as worried about those. But for something in which the contributor doesn't appear at all, I might have a notecard in the background?

I know the talking in and out of, I'm going back and forth on how good of an idea I really think it is too.

Beyond Halloween...

Ok, think about the community forum activity for a moment. There is the Roundup and the Rumble, there are a lot of polls, and recently there started to be a number of word games popping up. I would like for us to come up with some more activities like this.

Yeah, just the simple index card with the letters "EF" or the like.

Have a 'scavenger hunt' game. Take a close up shot of a product and have players post a link to the correct product.

The word games are always fun. Gets people involved that are shy.

Mind you I was an instant addict LOL
