Do you let your lover know what kind of gifts you want for Valentines Day?

I've hinted at some stuff. I know he's been strapped for cash lately so I am not expecting anything. I hope we will get to have a romantic night together once Valentine's is over because I am always super busy at work that week.

The fact that he's not going to block all communication between us on that day (like some immature shitwits I've known) is more than enough for me.
