No-Bake Pumpkin Cheesecake - made with Philadelphia pumpkin spice cream cheese (because they don't make the pumpkin spice cheesecake filling anymore). Mom prefers me to make it, although I lost my recipe and I can't seem to find it online anymore (it seems every pumpkin cheesecake recipe that uses sour cream doesn't exist now). I'm going to try the Cool Whip version of it this year.
Yogurt Pie - three cartons of flavored yogurt mixed with a container of Cool Whip, piled into a graham cracker crust, and frozen. I like making this with key lime pie flavored yogurt. It's a really light and cool dessert, and I preferred a strawberry yogurt pie over pumpkin pie every year as a kid. I don't get to make it anymore, though.
