If I need to pick up some food on Monday I will. If I didn't work in a retail store I would probably not bother with it, but I like to pick up groceries on my way out of work to save myself a trip back later.

Unfortunately, my university doesn't do biweekly paydays on Fridays. Instead it comes in on a specific date so I JUST got my paycheck for the past pay period. I have no choice but to go shopping today and tomorrow.

A friend of mine mentioned that she needed new shoes. The first thing out of my mouth was: "Wanna go to the mall and look at shoes?" She gave me a blank look and I immediately realized my mistake.
"Oh, no. No, no, no, no. Never mind. We are not going to the mall the day before Christmas! What was I thinking?"

So, yeah... no. Not happening.
