I got my best friend some gifts for Christmas but I was thinking about giving her a sex toy too, but not as a gag gift. Would you feel comfortable doing that?

Would I? Yes, but with conditions. I'd only do it if I either knew it was something he really wanted or if I knew they were having problems and it might help. We don't share too much of our sex lives. I really don't want to think about it. I'm just happy to know that he is getting some sex on a regular basis.

I have one best friend and they are the opposite sex than I. He's bought me a dildo and beads before and I've given him some glass toys think Icicles. He even sweet talked me out of one of my metal toys. It works for us. I think everyones relationship with their BFF is different. If you think they'd be comfortable, not embarassed, and use it why not?

Of course you should do it, as long as you are in an intimate enough relationship with her. Actually, we even have a gift guide that should help you pick the best toy, without any awkwardness. After all, if she is a truly close friend for you, it seems only natural to give such thoughtful gifts.

I've done it before. It's not a big deal as long as you're comfortable with it and you think they will be comfortable with it as well.

Without giving it a 2nd thought lol. She would (and has) rolled her eyes at me, said OMG, blushed, then loved it! The last gift I gave her was actually a couples toy for her to take on vacation to the Islands to celebrate her 25th wedding anniversary. I couldn't let her go empty handed I bought them something she would never splurge on and she came home a very happy girl.

I don't see anything wrong with it. When I was in college, my school was in the middle of nowhere and the only places that were close by was a walmart and an adult store lol...Me and my girlfriends bought vibrators all the time from there lol
