For what purpose? A guy was recently busted for streaming NHL games over webcams. But, that seems like the easiest way to go about it. I don't know of any legal software that will help you accomplish this.
I think what comatose-kitty is talking about is recording yourself while playing the game. So you can play back and watch what happened while you were playing.
For that though I have no idea. If you were to find a gaming forum somebody there might be able to tell you better than most people here.

i meant to record, add commentary and help others understand things in the game, since they keep messaging me asking for explanations.

i've actually heard there are HUGE problems with dazzle and pvr requires and HD tv or a computer close by with areas to plug in yellow red & white cables...neither of which i have T_T
Try this site (link). It has a video detailing how, and check the comments, as they have some helpful tips, too. And, Stormy, it's perfectly legal to record gameplay for review purposes.
