Crime procedurals that get a little too intense?

watching Criminal Minds and honestly, I'm starting to see why Mandy Patinkin left, the show does get to be a little much. For an episode it's fine, but as a marathon, yeesh, it's just too much. What other shows just become to gruesome after a few too many viewings?
