Have you ever heard a sond and thought "Jesus that song is errie as hell!" but it's really not suppose to be? Like the song "This little light of mine" When I hear that sung by little kids, it creeps me the funk out! No joke. Does anyone else have a song like this?

Either "Christmas Shoes" (not really eerie, but unusually sad for a holiday song) or the song "Like You" by Evanescence ( lyrics here )...but I think that one was meant to be creepy.

Agreed about "Baby It's Cold Outside" (I've renamed it "The Date Rape Song", and people know which one I'm talking about).

"Every Breath You Take" (The Police) is obviously a stalker song, but I've seen old wedding videos from the 80's where it was used as a First Dance. Makes me wonder how those marriages turned out ...

I agree, Christmas Shoes is a pretty bizarre song. It just doesn't seem like Jesus is going to care how pretty the mother's shoes are.

...I never thought about it that way but now that you mention it, it kind of sounds like the plot for an episode of CSI or something. I always took it as a couple and they're just sort of dragging out the whole goodbye process after a nice visit. xD

At first I didn't like it so I didn't notice how weird it was. Then I started liking the beat and heard the creepy words. I still don't get what all of it means.
