Full-size Tardis - there's a company in England that makes them link, but I can imagine that shipping would cost more than what they charge to make it.

I'd also like the proton pack and trap props from the Ghostbusters movies.

The TARDIS does sound cool but for practical reasons I'd rather just have a complete set of (all the Doctors) sonic screwdrivers.
