Typically, I listen for about 60-90 minutes at a time, 3-5 times per day.

It depends how much time I have and what I am doing, but I listen as often as I can

That depends on if I have a headache or not, but usually between 1 and 3 hours.
If I'm listening to it while working on something else, time seems to just fly by and I've drained my iPod's battery before I know it. xD
