I don't have TV in school, and I'm not really into those shows in general. But when I come home for break I always exclaim "I must be American!!" and switch on the TV to these shows at least once. It's more of a ritual my family gets a laugh out of

I used to love mindless tv like that when I was in high school. I still watch Maury here and there if I see it on and have time to waste. I'd watch and think "thank god that's not me" haha

I watch Maury and Steve Wilkos the most. Occasionally I'll watch Springer or Cheaters (which I KNOW is staged), but not as much as the first two.

I love trashy daytime talk shows. They're my largest guilty pleasure.
