Oh yes, there's going to be a movie about Facebook. The Social Network is set to come out October 1, 2010.

At first I was of the mindset that I would never see this movie, but the radio station I listen to during the day has been talking about how Trent Reznor is doing the scoring for the movie and has seen it and said that it was "dark and awesome." Now I'm not so sure.

I still think I might boycott seeing it in theatres and wait until it comes out on DVD so I can borrow it. But what about the rest of you?

Never heard of it. Then again I don't really use facebook. I have an account, but I never log onto it.

Sounds interesting but i'd probably skip it. Like Goth I tend to piss off my family and friends cause I don't spend my days trolling facebook. I spend my days trolling here at EF....

It's directed by David Fincher, OF COURSE it's going to be dark. I'll wait for it to come out on DVD before I bother to watch it.

I thought the trailer looked sort of cool. I guess it just wasn't anything I ever thought of before. Not sure if I'll see it in theaters, due to lack of time and money, but I'm sure I'll see it at some point. But the point about documentary vs. movie is really interesting. You all may be changing my mind...at least a little

I like Trent Reznor, I like Facebook (I did a lot more before my relatives got on), but I don't really like a lot of movies. I'll pass! You all can tell me how you felt about it later.

I love trashy people and the movies they inspire. I live on Facebook these days, so it'll be nice to have a screen to yell my frustrations to, like, "Could you spare an edit button, Zuckerman?!?"

I have no interest whatsoever in this movie. Some of my friends have seen it, but I don't feel the need to watch a movie about Facebook.
