Kuroshitsuji, Kamisama no Memochou and xxxHolic, in no peculiar order.
But it was hard to chose only 3. I finished 41 anime series, and am currently watching 18 at this time. I plan to watch 185 more. Oh, don't hit me for being such a otaku, please... *runs and hides*

1) Kuroshitsuji (watched both seasons in the span of about a week because it was so awesome)
2) Death Note
3) uh Moonphase? ...I have no clue what to put here actually, there's too many amazing ones that deserve a spot on the list. @_@

In no particular order:
Revolutionary Girl Utena, Azumanga Daioh, Madoka Magica. And Cowboy Bebop.

It's kind of hard for me to pick, though. If we're talking manga Yotsuba&! would beat them all. Oh, and Nana is up there too.

1) Azumanga Daioh
2) Puella Magi Madoka Magica
3) Brigadoon: Marin and Melan

I think Azumanga Daioh will forever be my favorite anime of all time, but the others were a tough pick. Wolf's Rain and Chi's Sweet Home are definitely up there as awesome shows, too. I also haven't seen Outlaw Star in a long time, but I remember liking it a lot.
