What's Your Favourite TV Show?

I don't normally care for television, but I do watch one TV show. Man Men. I really like that one. Though this season has been kind of weird so far.

Lost. I cried more during the series finale over the fact that it was ending than anything else. And we're in the process of watching it again for the third time.

We're still catching onto things we didn't catch onto the first two times. And we're finding questions we're not sure they answered. I really should start writing them down so we can look them up or watch for them.

It's the Big Bang Theory for us, absolutely hilarious and probably our only 'laugh out loud' show. I guess the title is fitting for EF's site too!

True Blood, Dexter, and Big Love - all about equally

Lost, Glee, Parenthood.

I really like White Collar and Psych. I loved Ugly Betty, sad they canceled it when it was getting good.

Spice and Wolf, some Gundam, Hokuto no Ken, Natsume Yujincho, Genshiken, Berserk, Last Exile, and many more? I haven't seen much U.S. TV in maybe 10 years? Even though I am in the U.S.?

Probably Psych with Big Bang Theory in a close second. Though if we're going with favorite shows past and present... well I'd have to add in Battlestar Galactica.

Glee, CougarTown, Futurama

I have way too many. Haha. I'm only 22, so I'm into the teen shows still unfortunately. Pretty Little Liars, Secret Life, RJ Berger, Degrassi. But I also really like Intervention, House, CSI, Obsessed, and so on. I'm addicted to tv shows. Haha.

Dexter. By far the BEST. I got sucked into watching Secret life and Degrassi lol.

Mad Men, Mythbusters, House, Big Bang Theory, Two and a Half Men.

Mad Men is missing something this season. I think part of the appeal of the show was the nostalgia of Don's home life with his family versus his work in the corporate world. Now, with the divorce, the whole Domestic Scenes are missing and it's all work and no play. And there are TOO damn many divorced people on this show. I was a little kid in the 60s, and 70s and I think I knew about 2 kids who had divorced parents, out of hundreds of kids, it just wasn't that common. Yet, on Mad Men, half the cast is divorced this season. (I'm not saying it was better this way, but it WAS the way it was. Divorce was NOT socially acceptable in the 60s or even the early 70s.)

The first season was still the best. They need to get back to the formula that made the show what it was. They are bringing too many "modern values" into a show which once was SO careful about being on target for the time period. (There is NO WAY a woman like January Jones character would just live with a man, either before or after a divorce, in a High Income community, and not be completely socially ostracized. It just didn't happen back then. They need to get back on track as to what was happening in 1964, not what the writers are obviously doing in their own lives in 2010! During the first season, they were SO careful to keep everything on target, from the fashion to the language to the social behavior for the time period. They even had smaller fruit in the home scenes, after doing research and finding out that many common foods were different 45 years ago.

I hate when shows about the past try to "get with it" and insert anachronisms, like Mad Men seems to be doing now. They really need to get back to the way they did the show the first and second season.

mmm.... i have no idea. I do like the Monday night line-up... Big Bang Theory and How I Met Your Mother.

Oh, I have way too many favorites. Top 3? Dexter, House & Sons of Anarchy.

I love love LOVE Dexter!! Desperate Housewives is my guilty girly pleasure show, along with What Not To Wear, but that's mostly for the comic relief. I used to like Weeds a lot more than I do now, but I still watch it because I feel a sense of loyalty to it.

For reality shows, I LOVE Whale Wars and The Deadliest Catch..

hmm... I would have to say True Blood, Dexter, Criminal Minds, House and Weeds. I really loved Moonlight but they cancelled it after one season..wtf..stupid writer's strike.

I'm disgusting and this is my GUILTIEST pleasure. I will ONLY admit this on EF, but Jersey Shore. I am Snooki. I'm clusmy and stupid and silly when it comes to life, but have an IQ of 136 haha wonder if snooki is exactly the same.. i think she is hahaha oh god i hate myself already

Two and a half men!!!

I keep missing Big Bang Theory since they put it on Thursday. Thursday is for NBS shows! Don't they know this. ABC and CBS has had a long history of having GOOD shows self destruct by trying to compete with "Must See TV" against the NBC Thursday shows. You would think they would learn by now.

How pathetic, I have even given it this much thought.

Right now, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. If we're allowing TV shows from all time, my favorite would be The Twilight Zone.

Dr.Who is an amazing show.

Big Bang Theory and Castle, with House M.D. as a close third. I love that my PVR almost eliminates scheduling clashes.
