I read just about anything, I am a voracious read and go through about a book every week even though I only read just before bed. It helps that I am a speed reader.

Fiction, usually something from the fantasy genre. I can proudly say I've never read one of those "harlequin" romance novels.

I'm all over fiction, but recently I've been on a huge nonfiction kick. They aren't as stuffy as I always thought, sometimes even more intriguing because they are true.

Fiction!! Especially horror. If I go for non-fiction, it's stuff about serial killers.

I prefer non-fiction.. that is what I like to read 99% of the time. It's not that I don't like fiction, but I just tend to go for the non-fiction when I'm purchasing a book or in a library.

I prefer fiction unless it is a story I'm really interested in. Some historical books have turned out to be very interesting and well written. I also like erotic fiction, but I haven't found many erotic books that I really enjoyed. I guess that genera lends itself more easily to short stories.

I eat up books about gender and sexuality (mostly non-fiction) but I've also got a soft spot for horror fiction.

it's a close call, and it depends on my mood, but memoirs are probably my favourite, so non-fiction.
