I am a huge Batman fan, from way back, but of the ones listed, I would have to go with Green Lantern. One of my favorite Batman stories is an Elseworlds story where Batman ends up becoming the Green Lantern as well. A ring powered by force of will? Yes, please!

All the others are more interesting to read about, but I'll take Superman for myself, thank you. Wolverine would be great for the super-long life, but God only knows what rate any of these people are supposed to age at anyway.

This question comes up a lot with my friends, and I gotta go with Green Lantern. Not just because green is my favorite color, not just because I'm a fan of Hal Jordan, but because his power can essentially replace most of the powers up there. He could fly in a bubble, create his own claws, replicate the effects of super strength through tools of his will, etc.
A close second would be Quicksilver, who's similar to The Flash, but while the Flash is fast down to a molecular level (can actually walk through walls by vibrating his molecules around others), Quicksilver is also mentally fast, and can learn things at super speed (If I remember correctly he once pounded at piano and within minutes was playing classical music).

Superman just has too many different powers to pass up. Not sure if I'd take any of them alone, but together they're worth more than other people's single powers.

I voted for wolverine for the slowed down aging process kindred with the healing factor that means a very long and healthy life. However I don't recall how superman is supposed to age I may have to change my vote if he lives super long too.
