I haven't been on much due to stress >~< dang stress! So I keep popping on for a couple days then off for like, two weeks >~<. I'm trying to really get back into Eden again!

I have been walking around here for days, hot sun beating down, seeing nothing but skulls and only now and again, a distant vulture overhead. Spooky. NAHHH. Just kidding. It's summer. I suspect folks are on vacation or simply out enjoying the weather!!!

I am very thankful I missed all the drama, though it would be helpful to at least know what happened and to whom and exactly what the new changes are. As I understand it, the point system was revamped, then revamped again, and again. Now, I have absolutely no idea what is going on.

I know I would speak to one moderator/customer service rep then the next day have an e-mail bounce back saying they were no longer employed here. That happened several times, SMH. That was disheartening.

Stormy, I thought you were gone, and now you're back. Yay! I really hated to see you go..

I haven't a clue what a point reconsideration form is and now I'm scared I'll lose the points I've accumulated. Sigh...

As far as I know, the point reconsideration form is no longer available to fill out and send off.

As for points, yes, the point system was revamped again. Should visit the points page to see how it works now. The biggest thing is that now points can only be used to pay for 15% of a purchase.

I already asked about that. You won't lose your points. You can just only use them as a 15% discount. I wonder if anyone filled out the point reconsideration form and got to use there points. I didn't want to and then forgot about it for awhile. It was only available for a short amount of time.

I know several people, including myself, who submitted the points reconsideration form and none of us have heard anything thus far.

They should have the decisions on the forms that were submitted by Aug 1st. At least that's what I heard.
