I honestly wouldn't know who to turn it in too. It's not like money wears a collar so it can be returned to its rightful owner.

This has happened to me a couple of times.. Once with 10 bucks another with 20. The last time, it was in an empty parking lot at night. Needless to say, I was 20 bucks richer.
