If you could have a diamond...any size, to wear as a ring. Price is no object. What is the largest you would wear?

Now are we talking as a solitaire, or a setting all together?

We're 19 and I have a half carat solitaire ring.

I have seen many in the jewelry store that were so big they looked fake. I'm not exactly sure what I would say is too big for me because it all depends on the specific diamond. For instance, a round cut diamond can look a little larger than a princess cut. There's also the factor of depth. My moms ring looks bigger than mine because as far as height or depth goes, her's is less shallow and mine is actually pretty deep.

Considering all of that I'm going to give a fairly broad range and say my limit would be anywhere from 2-5 carats. Nothing bigger than those though. For some rings 2 can seem to large, while others will still look nice to me at 5.

Seven millimeters across. I never studied carat sizes, so I don't know how many carats that would be.

I'm not into diamonds, so any size is too much for me! They just seem ostentatious.

3 carats is the perfect size...nothing larger than that.
