I would be there if I hadn't sold my copy a while back. it was probably for the best, since I was spending much too many hours on there trying to collect all those damn fish.

oh plz get it back. I bet if you bought a new disk your town could still be on the wii's memory? I don't care if you hardly play as long as you open your gate I want to meet animals and write letters. Depending on how much time you have maybe you could limit yourself to playing it like 2 hours a week or somethin? u could use a timer to set off an alarm then u have to save and quit LOL!

What's the deal? Obviously this post is not about IBS. It's not a very kind or polite thing to do. I must ask, though, why @kinkygirlfriend offends you so much.

If a topic doesn't interest you or you have nothing useful to contribute to the conversation, why comment? It's disruptive to the conversation and it really looks badly on a close-knit and warm community like EF has.

Thank you.

Okay, I'm sorry to be disruptive and offensive to some of you. It's just that every time I look at anything here on these forums, I can't help but come across something to do with IBS that's all.

Anyway, as for the conversation at hand.. I'll try to contribute something useful for those I offended with my "disruptive" comment.

The game, Animal Crossing: City Folk is video game for the Nintendo Wii, and the DS, in which you emulate LIFE, in an online multiplayer fantasy world. You can even chat online with other LIFE emulating people using the Wii Speak available HERE

The whole purpose of this emulating of life is to collect all sorts of interesting things, such as fishes, bugs, and fossils. EPIC. I've even observed a local store in which you can purchase goods or clothes, but sorry EF fans, no lingerie or dildos here - This is a family game! Get this, you can even take local transportation such as a bus to the local shopping mall, or the local dinosaur fossils! OMG!

For those of you interested in this type of "adventure" you can be rest assured that you'll have loads of fun as it has been rated "Good" by gamespot.com with a score of 7.5 out of 10. It is rated E for everyone.

Hahaha... nice.

Josh: You are confusing this forum with one where sarcasm is welcome. Being a smart ass where it most certainly isn't welcome is really not so smart... just obnoxious. Congratulations.

If you cannot be friendly in the community, please don't participate. This is a very supportive community and, okay, she talks about IBS, but that doesn't mean that you have to go into the posts you find about it and be rude. If you don't want to read about IBS go to a different thread. There are literally thousands of threads here and I guarantee that they don't ALL talk about IBS. You are being rude, insulting to the people who enjoy the game, insulting to people who do actually suffer from this disease, and you're not doing yourself any favors around here by acting like this. Since you have such blatant contempt for the game and the disease, why did you even view the thread? What do you have to gain by bullying other members of this community?

well if you have a wii you should really get it. I bought mine off amazon used in good condition looked like it was just opnened manual and everything for $17. If u look around for a while you can find really good condition and hardly any shipping but paying even $5 for shipping if the game is cheap is worth it because its like a $40 game brand new

The game is really fun you can even make up your own games to play wifi with others. Since you have a shovel you can dig holes and bury stuff you could bury gifts for people or you could be like lets go bury as many pitfalls as we can(they make you or the town members get stuck in a hole) You could say lets dig holes and trap all the town animals in one spot and bury a bunch of pitfalls and push them in and take a picture(u need a sd card) you could play hide and seek. You could all say lets go write a ton of letters to this town resident and see if they like me so much they move out of your town to mine..all kinds of stuff. There is a ton to this game so you don't get bored you shouldnt play much or somedays play 10-15 min to check your mail, check the lost and found for free stuff or the recycle bin, pull weeds or maybe just quickly sell some fruit or items or a letter to help yourself in the game the town residents often send you a gift back even if all you send them is something simple like fruit.

It also goes by real time holidays and your birthday get celebrated, there are also extra events like the fishing tournament on weekends you can win prizes
