It might save the NEXT woman he thinks about raping, but first woman will be in serious danger, I think. I'm not saying there's no way to fight back, just that this one is problematic.

It's also something the rapist would definitely not expect. Would he react by beating her up? It's possible, but it's also possible he'd be too busy stumbling around in pain to do anything.
