we make smoothies almost every day! We usually use bananas, coconut milk (the thick canned kind), frozen berries (and whatever other frozen fruit we have like mangoes and pineapple), avocados, carrots and then whatever other fruit we have (apples, peaches, grapes, etc.). Throw some powdered flax seed and spirulina in and maybe some orange juice or almond milk to water it down if it's too thick to drink. If we have it, soy yogurt works well too. We don't eat a lot of dairy but I don't miss it, the thick coconut cream totally makes up for it.
