I think it would depend on the costumes, but they can be pretty sexy.
Someday I plan on going with my boyfriend as "Alice" and "The Mad Hatter".

We both love Alice's Adventures in Wonderland more than almost any other book so I figured it'd be a cute idea if he's willing to play along. xD

Depends on the theme of the couples costumes!! Some are sexy, hot and attractive. Some are just dull. If the couple has any spice they will definetely have it SEXYY!!!

What costumes, though? I just spent a weekend as Velma and my boyfriend as Shaggy. It was ... sort of hot to be half out of costume and glancing over at his bedroom mirror to see Shaggy and Velma going at it.

Strangely, my childhood memories were not warped by this.
