Not really, but I am very health-conscious. Instead of watching my weight, I watch my health in general. Weight isn't the issue I have really, but it's my overall health. I do make efforts to keep at the weight I am, but I do not diet or deprive or limit myself. I'm only just now reaching 93 pounds, before that I was 70! But that was due to severe illness, which I've been healing over the last 14 months, hence the healthy weight gain.
Mostly, I put my efforts into taking my vitamins (especially calcium and Vitamin D & K) and having my extra herbal teas, eating my aloe plant, drinking acai and wheat grass. Those things are where my major focus goes when it comes to that.
So yes, I try to maintain this healthy weight.
