How tall or how much shorter a potential partner is "could be" considered a contributing factor in attraction but certainly not a primary one. My current (and I hope forever) partner is very close to my height, less than two inches shorter than me. In heels she's taller than I am of course. LOL
I have the hots for extremely tall men. I had a boyfriend years ago that was 6'7”. I also find one of my regular clients very attractive. He's 6'9” and I don't think I'd feel as strongly if he were of average height.
Hmmm, I like taller men, but i have dated men who are shorter. I'm 5'8'' and i'm not a small girl, i'm curvy and tall in my opinion so if i were with a small guy i'd be scared i'd dominate/crush him. Bigger guys make me feel smaller and more secure.
I am 5'1" and I like a guy to be at least average height. My partner is 5'9" and I think that height is perfect for me. I don't like to feel like I need a step-ladder to kiss him. I have dated some fairly tall guys in the past. One guy was 6'3" and it was just too much of a difference.
I admit I'm attracted to guys at least several inches taller than me (I blame classic Disney films, which I still love btw). I do make exceptions for my imaginary boyfriends John Watson (aka Martin Freeman) and TOS-era Kirk.
