One aspect of this site that the rest of the world could learn and definitely benefit from is the unity, tolerance, friendliness and the open-mindedness found on the forums.
When I read, watch or listen to the news and hear of the bias and prejudice many people feel towards each other, I realize how unique and extraordinary the members are on Eden.
It honestly blows my mind when I realize there are thousands of people from many different countries, many sexual lifestyles, many economic brackets and many religious and personal beliefs that refrain from judging each other, attacking each other and causing conflict.
The rest of the world could learn a lot from the respect for each other, the open minded and non-judgmental advice, the lack of confrontation and anger that is shown of the site. The support, kindness and unity of friendship and family would relieve many issues that are now taking place in the world. This truly is a special place, I make a point of practicing the same sense of community and family in my daily life as I do on the site. I am hoping in some small way, it will spread and make a difference in someone else's life.
