I don't--I internalize my emotions and take them out on me. My husband does, though. I can always tell when his day goes bad--I get to go home and get in a fight over nothing because he is in a crappy mood and takes it out on me.

I get bitchy with whoever is around. I try not too, but if I can't let off some steam at the gym, family and friends better stay far away.
