Baked because it is healthier. I usually cover it with cream of mushroom soup to add flavor and moisture. The kids love it that way.

Grilled is my favorite for any kind of meat. Baking is okay. I enjoy fried chicken, but I am very picky about it, so its usually not my first choice.

All three ways. Although KFC's chicken portions have shrunken in size, I still love their dark meat/original recipe. When marinated with the right spices, my husband's grilled chicken taste great. If I'm the one cooking it, then it's baked chicken, and no one can complain whether it's super or just so-so.

Fried, roasted with gravy and mashed potatoes, or grilled with BBQ sauce. We recently purchased one of those 3 way infrared convection ovens and I have been using it quite a bit to make our chicken. So far so good.

I don't fry my chicken, for some reason I never have, just grill and bake it, but eating out at a restaurant, I'll take a good fried chicken over the other two any day of the week.
