I don't use vibes of course, but W/we find rechargeable toys much more convenient and environmentally friendly. Not to mention that there are solar chargers for batteries, but with solar power in your home rechargeable toys are really handy.

It depends on the toy. As far as vibrating toys go, I prefer ones that can be plugged in since they won't randomly die on you, and they tend to be more powerful.

I much prefer rechargeable toys. Easier to pack especially since almost all my rechargers are universal!!!

I dont like fooling with the batteries. But I have found that overall the rechargable toys I have tend to be more powerful, so that is another point in their favor! Also when a rechargable has a drop in power recharging is no big deal, but when a battery operated toy has a drop in power, but they do still work I feel really guilty thowing out batteries that still have some life left in them. Also I can tell a difference when I tried using rechargable batteries in place of regular batteries. The toy is less powerful.

I have a lot of battery operated toys, but I also have a lot of rechargeable ones. Rechargeable is the way to go! If I could have EVERYTHING rechargeable I would have it that way! Batteries can be annoying.

Whatever has the power which I'm learning is plug in's. I use them all though. I use rechargeable batteries in those that require batteries, I like rechargeable toys as well.

Nicer, more quality toys tend to be rechargeable whereas a lot of battery ones are super junky, so it's a nice way to figure out the quality of a product.
