I do lymph node massage on my face every night, it really helps in reducing breakouts.

I have acne, so I always have zits. I was on isotretinoin a few year ago, so it's been a lot better since then.

Yep, usually just before my period. They're almost always just one or two gross cystic pimples that never come to a head.

My breakouts aren't really bad, a few zits here and there, maybe one or two. I use Neutrogena Acne Stress Control products like the toner and 3-in-1 treatment gel. I also have a bottle of Clean N Clear, I can't find it put you put it on a zit you just broke and it helps, it's kinda like the proactive mask.
I used to have acne but was put on Acutane *sp?* and it really helped. Now I just have the few like I said.
All I have to say is thank God for Bare Minerals when I do get zits that are red! I also use Witch Hazel on my face.

I do, It's from stress. I use neutrogena stress control. It helps tame my breakouts.

I break out all the time... I have yet to figure out what will work on me. My dad had terrible acne problems, so I'm starting to think it's a genetic problem. Thanks dad. : [

I break out fairly regularly, but it's helped a lot since I started using Mary Kay's skin stuff.

I used to have pretty bad breakouts but once I started using the Burt's Bees Natural Acne Solutions system, my skin cleared up. I never break out anymore.

I have break out often around my chin/jaw line, chest, and back.
I use an Ole cleansing brush on my face.
Depending on the season I will switch up the products I use.
I have verrry oily skin, so in the summer I use Clean and Clear black head scrub, because it dries up my skin, and unclogs my pores.
In the winter I can use a slightly more moisturizing product, cold cream.

I only get small breakouts right before my period. For the past few years I've been using Burt's Bees chamomile and soap bark stuff to keep my skin clear. I love it and I plan on using it as long as they keep making it

I do. It gets worse around my period. It used to be much worse. I don't do anything special for it now. I wash my face every time I shower.

I do. I haven't found anything to help keep it under control. I've tried prescription and non-prescription products. I'll be keeping an eye on this thread to see if there's anything I haven't tried.

I've had troubles with acne for the last year or so. Still can't find a fix though. Some months are much worse than others but I've noticed that it could be related to my birth control pills.

very rarely its funny cause last week i have been getting pimples I have like 4 now last time this happened had to be over year ago
