I'm just venting.

This pack week I have gotten two packages from Eden. One ship usps and one shipped ups. I wrote a support ticket on the first one, and called customer service for the one that came today.

I spoke to Megan who sent me a return label and tried to be as helpful as anyone could be.

There was not proper packaging material in the box on todays box. The one that came earlier this week, leaked all over in the box.

Today when I saw what the inside of the box looked like I just wanted to sceam.

I am just wondering does this happen to other people?

I work in customer service for another company, so I can tell you that... Yes, this happens.

As for the products I've gotten from Eden, specifically, I've never gotten a product that leaked.

I've never had a problem with anything from Eden, but it stands to reason it could happen every once in awhile. Though, isn't there supposed to be a safety seal on most of the liquid stuff?

you know, i got a package 2 days ago that the box inside containing the product was open when it came. maybe they need to check on the person packaging the products.

if you contact them about it i'm sure they'll be happy to help you out. EF always makes it right when stuff goes wrong.

I got my package today, and I have seen how your orders hae been packed. Someone was paying attention on mine. It was perfect. Packed just right, I figure mine would have been f---- up too!

I was told theyhave new ppl in the warehouse. I do agree with you on watching people better in the warehouse. I honestly think they droped the product, swept it up and placed it the box to send to me.

I've had a lot of variation in shipping. Sometimes, small boxes packed tight. At others, huge boxes with lots of paper and a small product loose in it. But I haven't had anything arrive obviously broken- though I have had a LOT of issues with the Mimi.

That really sucks, its frustrating and disappointing for sure. So far everything I have ordered has come just fine, except my ongoing issues with the mailman..completely different frustration!

Not a problem I've had so for, thankfully. Getting charged ridiculous fees from ups on the other hand . . .
