At one point we were playing magic, but now all I do is buy the cards. One day we will get back into it. As far as video games we have been hooked on Champions of Norrath 1st and 2nd and Baldurs Gate. Gams of any kind just rock!!

Champions of Norrath ROCKS. I'm not fond of Baldurs Gate, though. My boyfriend and I still play Magic at work sometimes.

Champions of Norrath Return to Arms is way better then the first. Wish they would do a third one, don't know why they haven't they set it up so they could do it. Grrrrrrr. God of war is great also. Board games I'm not much for mainly Life, Clue and Battle of the Sexes. We could easily play a video game for 24 hours but thanks to kids that will never happen.

Eh, not much a problem, my friend and I can crown them pretty well. But on Hard Rain I'm not sure, my boyfriend tends to have issues and accidently shoots them.... a LOT.

Hello, my name is JEM and my husband and I are both gamers. Board, video, and role playing.... well the Mister does the role playing while I am only into the board/video games. ADDICTED to Settlers Of Catan to the point where I found an online version so I can play it whenever I like! Also love Zombies, Killer Bunnies, Risk etc etc!

My husband and I are gamers. The most involved game we got into was World of Warcraft, which we played for about 4 years straight. We tried AoC, Everquest, Vanguard, Guildwars and a few other MMO's. When WoW got completely easy-mode we started losing interest in it and eventually canceled our subscriptions. Doing that had us re-evaluating our relationship and we decided not to do MMO's anymore. Cataclysm is tempting, but our marriage being healthy is more important.

We're sticking to 360 and Wii games.

I feel ya. We've both stopped MMO's for the same reasons. Fun as they can be, our relationship is way more important. And as recovering MMO addicts, it's best for us to just avoid all of them.

My current obsession is emulators. I put some emulators on my computer (NES, SNES, GBC) and am playing through old games I haven't seen in eons. My goodness, I'd forgotten how much harder some of the old games were...

Yea, that campaign is INSANE! It's fun to go through and crown witches but hard to avoid them! lol! I am IN LOVE with L4D2....I didn't think it could get any better than L4D but they pretty much blew it away.

Gamer here! I play console, PC, board, and role playing games. My group is playing CthuluTech at the moment. Other than that, I'm playing a lot of Torchlight on my computer (almost done, though), and I play Settlers with my housemates whenever everyone is home and not busy.

I have been too busy for the last 10 years of so, but I played AD&D & Marvel Super Heroes (and a few others here and there) from late elementary school until I was an adult. Then I got really into Warhammer 40,000. My Old roommate and I would play every night, and we would go around the warehouse we lived in spray painting negative graffiti about the other guy's army. It was hilarious. I never got too into the video games though. I miss playing.

I actually like the first one more. The original characters are classic. I mean, you can't replace "PEELZ HERE!" LOL!

The campaigns are better though, but they don't have that 'dark feeling' or atmosphere like the first one. I beat Hard Rain on expert, it took my my bf and friend and I about 6 hours..... X_X;

We still need to do expert realism.

I only play the first one though, with people I know. Aimbotters and pro runners have swarmed and taken over the versus mode pretty mcuh completely. It's onyl a matter of time before they get on L4D2. When that happens, I'll be migrating to Aliens vs Predator 3 when it comes out, supposedly in Februrary, unless it gets pushed back again.

I totally agree about the original characters. I wish we could have had the original characters with L4D2's gameplay. I do miss Louis' sayings! lol! I got so lost on the Hard Rain campaign! I probably went around in circles for a good hour!

My husband played L4D almost religiously, he even played tournaments with some friends. He has been in Army training for the last 7 weeks so he hasn't had the chance to play L4D2 but he is excited to. I am interested to see how he feels about it.

I wasn't sure about the daytime maps before I got the game but they haven't bothered me too much. I LOVE the new infected! They definitely make the game more challenging. I think my husband and his friends could get through No Mercy in less than an hour. They just ran through it when they were survivors and immediately killed the survivors when they were infected. They were all really bored with the first game.

Anyway, I am done blabbing, lol!

Oh yea, Love it!! Though my husband gets a little annoyed that in the end the element of luck has a big part in the winning outcome. Also, really enjoy Chez Geek!

I lurve me some video games. Current obsessions are Blaz Blue and Tekken 6... I guess it's fighter month. Also played Dragonage not that long ago, and I did love Left 4 Dead, but I haven't bother with 2 as yet.

And I still play DnD. 8D

Ahh gaming, an addiction far stronger for me that anything =D.

My inner geek and immature side is shining most brightly at the mention of games . On video games, I'm purely a PC gamer. Dragon Ages, CoDMW2, UrT, ect ect. Fast paced FPS & any bioware game you can name. I'm a gigantic fan.

On non video games, chess is my calling. I used to carry a board with me for games during boring classes even.

Nonsense! Ellis trumps all! 9th degree burns, LOL!

That, and I'm all about the more intense gameplay. 12+ witches on Hard Rain, new special infected...I hate the jockey, and yet I love the challenges he provides. Plus, FINALLY a decent weapon selection, and randomized maps!
