Halloween costume question time.

Due to some convoluted circumstances and silliness, I'm finding myself going to be a cat-girl for one of my costumes. My local Halloween shop has a few choices as to ear colors, and I'm wondering what those of you with a neko-fetish (or not) would pick for the color. (For the record, I am a pale freckled redhead who is rather subdued in public, if that helps in the color selection.)

My personal favorite cat coat color is calico (black/orange/white) or torti (black/orange):




Interesting animal fact: All calico and torti cats are female.

I have one of those. Her name is Jamie. She is one awesome cat. She is almost like a dog.


I think white ears would be cute.

I think the white would look cute against your hair.
Also, if you wanted a different color then what the store has, they are very easy to make. Just need foam sheet, fux fur, and super glue. If you stick strings onto them you can even make them move and ribbons make them even cuter!

I chose red, but really you should have a color that matches your tail. So if you already have a color for the tail or other parts of the outfit, you should probably coordinate with that.

I like black ears with light pink inner ear lining myself, but for you...maybe a cute tiger stripey set?

With natural red hair I'd think something sort of fierce like a tiger would do well, but it doesn't seem that would suit your personality.

Occasionally they have penises, but they're actually born hermaphrodites. Or at least, there was a few recorded cases like that.
