We have popcorn YUCK. The drop ceiling tiles are so beautiful now. Not that old office crap. They come in a metal version that mimics copper with a hammered design and I always lust after it.

I picked the wooden beams but if it was possible to pick multiple ones I would've chosen the wooden, plain, circular design and window/glass ceilings. I think it would be fun having a variety of different ceilings in my home.
