i have 2 words for you, Lindsay Lohan. that ho just keeps getting sent to rehab. u can't just force someone to go to rehab. it's really only effective when they are willing to go b/c then they see that they have a problem & really want to fix it. they just need to send that ho to jail & MAKE HER STAY FOR THE WHOLE DAMN SENTENCE!!!
