Verizon is still voted best in customer service and overall service of function, year after year after year. None are perfect, but it is the best out there.

Coverage and 4G LTE by Verizon is unmatched in the USA by any company.

Same for whenever we travel. Always Verizon service, while my ATT work phone is a plastic brick (dead as a doornail and good for nothing).

That IS one nice feature of ATT. They all have some gimmick that makes it nice, but overall service from Verizon is just best of all.

The company would depend more where you live versus where we live. AT&T was awesome in the Midwest, but is horrible in the Pacific Northwest.

VZW here and love it. There customer service is great! I called yesterday to update our text plan and the problem was resolved after being on the phone for a total of 2 minutes.

I have a no contract plan with Virgin Mobile. $35/month for unlimited BlackBerry stuff (web, email, FB, etc.) and 300 minutes.

I have Verizon, and while I've not had any problems... $80 for unlimited everything but minutes is a little steep for me. I want to switch to Virgin which is $35, but I'm stuck with Big Red til September '12

I have Sprint right now. Family plan with the roommate. It seems kind of expensive because the cheapest option for our plans is unlimited everything. Plus, because Sprint gives you free calls to ANY cell phone no ANY network, you pretty much only need like 2 minutes a month, heh.

The only other major player in the area is AT&T. We have a bunch of smaller companies like Cellcom and US Cellular here, too.

I had T-Mobile with my ex before. It seemed cheaper but that was before we had smart phones. I had a lot of dropped calls with them but their prepaid options seem awesome.

I have straight talk and I love it I get service almost everywhere and it's only $45 a month for unlimited everything
