It depends on the item. I like both vanilla and chocolate cake, but I don't like vanilla frosting. Strawberries and strawberry ice cream are great, but most strawberry desserts are artificial "strawberry flavour." If they have actual strawberries in them and they are cooked, it often either doesn't have much of a strawberry flavour (e.g., fresh strawberry cake) or it's cooked down and muddy and too sweet. Vanilla mixed with strawberry is great, but I don't like chocolate with my fruit. Chocolate is a very warm flavour and fruits are often very bright. Chocolate muddles it too much.

I.. kind of like food a lot. >.>

Chocolate. Most strawberry flavored treats taste kind of artificial and vanilla stuff tends to be too sugary for me.

Depends. We talkin' ice cream, cake or candy or what?! My favorite cake is strawberry with strawberry icing -- LOVE it. I love chocolate cake too, only slightly less than strawberry. I don't adore vanilla cake, but it's fine.

As for ice cream, I really don't love vanilla in that dept. either. I do like strawberry and chocolate, so those would probably be my picks in every dept. I like strawberry (and usually chocolate) flavored anything. Can't go wrong with strawberry.
