Initially cologne and perfume smell the same, but perfume is made of higher quality ingredients, is more concentrated and will last longer.

I have scent allergies and a very sensitive nose, so most scented things are a no for me. I can wear scents that aren't synthetic, though. Just got an order in today and am enjoying it very much

They both smell unpleasant. And they really irritate my eyes. Fitting room attendant once sprayed some of herself and I had to leave to store because my eyes were streaming.
