I'm just curious what made everyone buy a sex toy for the first time? For me, it was turning 18. I had technically had one toy before then but threw it away because I was ashamed to masturbate (my family didn't find it proper). But as soon as I turned 18 I said hell with it and bought my first vibrator.

Basically.. same as you, SecretToyLover. I wanted one since I was like 15 (didn't know they existed or were slightly mainstream until sex and the city..) Got my first when I was 18 but was still a virgin.. It was jelly and kinda hard so i threw it away.

My Man bought me my first toy. I was having some hormonal problems and having a difficult time having an orgasm (after years of having no problems at all in that arena) I was NOT happy as he just thrust it into my hand without telling me first. I actually got angry.
