My girlfriend. We say it daily, and feel you should say it only when it has meaning. We never say it just out of habit, for example when hanging up the phone.

That's good you do that. My partner and I do as well, everyday. I've always been a big "I love you'er". I don't ever forget to say it.

I told 4 people I loved them today. Both parents, my partner and my sister. My family always says it to each other.
