my oldest had his first day of school today. Excited to get him out of the house for a half a day or so. Did any of you with kids, have their first day of school today? How did they take it? Did you as a parent look forward to getting them out of the house?

Yup, it's law UP here, no school before Labor Day. So happy to have the house to ourselves for most of the day.

My kids started on the 25th of August. It was a bit nerve-wracking for them, but now that it's been a bit it's going good. Except for getting up and ready in the morning

All of the schools in South Carolina were in session by mid-August.

They've been back since August 21st and some earlier than that, depending on the county.
