Paleo! It is translated into the "caveman" diet.

Meat, fresh veggies and fruits, eggs, nuts, only raw unprocessed foods. I have been doing this for about a month and lost an inch in my belly! I actually FEEL thinner. You can eat as much of whatever you want as long as it's not processed!!!

The only problem I have is when diets go like oh just make an omelet for breakfast or simply chop up 5 different veggies and make a smoothie. It's the morning. I hate mornings. I have no time in the morning, I can make instant oatmeal or cereal and grab a piece of fruit but that's about it.

Congrats on losing that inch! Very impressive.
