Do you call it a blinker or a turn signal?

I live in Seattle... I always called it a blinker? Mom calls it a turn signal and she's from Iowa.

In the UK we call it an indicator as you indicate which way you are turning.

I usually use the term turn signal unless I am yelling to someone who is using their turn signal to drive down the highway.
