I especially like old airplane and motor vehicle museums. Art museums are nice too and I enjoy them but I like to see the gears and appreciate more technical aspects of a museum.

I agree with your friend, the SFMOMA is a fantastic place to visit. When I travel to new places, I love to check out their museums.

I used to visit a lot of them when I was in an age group for whom it was free, but now I'd have to pay to enter. Hopefully I'll live long enough that I won't need to pay anymore some day!

I used to go to them a lot when I was younger. My husband tries to enjoy science museums with me but he has ADHD and I like to study every little detail so it doesn't work. I miss going to art museums and exhibits.

I live near DC -- it's a blast to go to museums. I always keep my ear to the ground for upcoming exhibits.

I do every once in a while. I love to go see them, especially the glass museum in Tacoma! I usually find the days that the museums are free or really cheap and go those days!
