Do you find running a relaxing activity?

No. I prefer tennis. Wall. Ball. Repetitive motion. Thud thud thud. It's very cathartic, actually. =]

My boobs are too big! I also had a knee injury in HS, so that's an issue as well. I do get on the treadmill at the gym as part of my cardio, though.

I love running--it feels good, and it is relaxing once you get used to it. It sounds like a contradiction, but I always feel better after a good run.

I have bad knees and running makes me incredibly nauseous. I don't know why either...I'm not over-exerting myself or dehydrated or anything like that, I just puke if I run more than one lap around a track. I stick to yoga or other aerobic exercise when I'm stressed out.
