Do you floss after every meal?

I'm so bad about doing it! I do it every so often, maybe once a week! Shame on me!

I floss once a day right before bed.

I spend a full 15 minutes every night with my teeth since I have three teeth implants. During the day to cleanse my mouth I occasionally use the soft dental picks or dental toothpaste.

What takes 15 minutes?
Using a floss threader I weave the floss in between where I can not slide it down.
I floss both my upper and lower teeth carefully with the waxed floss doubled over.
I Butler brush in between every single tooth.
I Butler rubber pick in front of and in back of every tooth
Brush my teeth with a small bristle electric toothbrush and Sensydine
Brush my teeth with a special high density prescription tooth gel.

Why you ask? After years of going to freebie dentists, you know the ones in training at the free clinic, too many were removed. I never knew until I saw someone who really cared about my teeth just how to keep them clean or even how to brush them properly. I got lucky and was able to save most of what I had left. I even see the dentist 3 times a year, paying for one visit out of my own picket.

So no, I do not floss them after every meal, a thorough 5 min brush in the morning and a 15 thorough cleaning at night so the tartar from the day does not harden. My dentist and hygenists are very pleased with my mouth and always look forward to seeing it every visit.

I rarely ever floss because i rarely ever have it at my house

I know I should probably floss more often, but I manage to do it about once a day and I'm pretty happy with that.

I floss at least every morning.

I have never flossed simply because I can never find the floss or I do not have any period in my house. I wish I did, though, because it's annoying when I have a shred of meat or a popcorn kernel stuck in between my teeth.

I'm horrible at remembering to floss.

I don't floss as much as I should, but I generally floss before bed or after eating beef jerky or something that is painful or irritating me.
