I always buy the really big packages of meat because they are less expensive and then I divide it up into individual servings before putting in the freezer. Do you shop in bulk?

I don't I live buy myself, so it's not practical to have massive amounts of food. I end up tossing most of what I buy if I do buy in bulk since the food goes bad before I can eat it.

Somewhat. We get big packages of meat like you, and freeze them off, but everything else we don't. We get groceries weekly. I'd LOVE to invest in a Costco card, though!

I shop in bulk, but only when it's on sale. I live in the north, and we only have one store, so I like to stock up before prices go up in the winter.

We buy some things in bulk. I find Costco to be overpriced. I've compared unit prices of Costco and my local grocery store and my grocery store wins every time. But we definitely buy big packages of meat and freeze them in individual servings as well.

It depends. Meat, yes - we usually buy 1/2 cow and 1/2 pig twice a year or so. Some things I buy in massive quantities when they're on sale, but we don't shop at Sam's Club or clubs like that, as I don't find them to be any cheaper, really, than just buying at the store.

alot of things we do. stuff that does not go bad we buy alot when they are on sale. other things we buy just enough for the week.
